Our founder\u2019s personal journey to becoming vegan was a transformative one. After decades of being immersed in the world of fitness and sports, including being inspired by icons like Arnold Schwarzenegger, the decision to adopt a plant-based lifestyle was grounded in a desire to align values with actions. Craig was an omnivore for 30 years before deciding to go vegetarian to align with his beliefs in animal rights. This of course didn\u2019t sit right. So had to go vegan. The only thing I regret about going vegan is not doing it sooner. <\/p>
